Terms & Conditions for jetbbaz — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jetbbaz ("jetbbaz", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at jetbbaz.net and all associated services, products, games, and features offered by jetbbaz (collectively, "the Services").

By completing the registration process and creating a jetbbaz account, or by accessing or using any part of the Services, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information provided to jetbbaz during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not register for an account or use any Services provided by jetbbaz. Continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the Services offered by jetbbaz is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register for a jetbbaz account and use the Services if you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a jetbbaz account and to access any betting, casino, or gaming Services on the Platform. jetbbaz operates a strict 18+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 at any point will have their accounts suspended immediately, all funds held in the account will be frozen pending review, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

Verification of Age

jetbbaz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or other government-issued photographic identification confirming date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Single Account per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the jetbbaz platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or any other means — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Self-Exclusion Status

Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from the jetbbaz platform or from online gambling services generally are not eligible to register for or use a jetbbaz account during their self-exclusion period. If you have previously self-excluded and believe your exclusion period has elapsed, you must contact the jetbbaz support team before attempting to register a new account.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of Services provided by jetbbaz, you are required to complete the account registration process at jetbbaz.net. During registration, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details.

Accuracy of Information

All information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected. jetbbaz does not accept registrations in fictitious names or under the identity of any other person.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jetbbaz account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. jetbbaz will never ask you to reveal your password in any communication. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the jetbbaz support team immediately and change your password without delay.

Account Security

jetbbaz strongly recommends that all registered players enable two-step verification on their accounts. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorised that activity. jetbbaz shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

jetbbaz applies Know Your Customer verification procedures to all registered accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal request. KYC documentation may include proof of identity (NID, passport), proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement showing your Bangladesh address), and proof of payment method ownership. jetbbaz reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in connection with fraud prevention, account security, or regulatory compliance obligations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jetbbaz platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). jetbbaz supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and standard bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jetbbaz is ৳200 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer and card payments may differ and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your jetbbaz account balance in real time wherever the payment provider's systems permit, typically within 30 seconds for mobile financial service (MFS) transactions.

All deposit transactions must be initiated from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — accounts registered in a name other than your own — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the jetbbaz payments team during standard operating hours. Processing times vary by payment method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days depending on the receiving bank. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing conditions are displayed on the withdrawal screen at the time of request.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the KYC verification process described in Section 3. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held in pending status until verification is finalised. jetbbaz reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests where fraud indicators are present.

Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a genuine jetbbaz deposit transaction constitutes a breach of these Terms. jetbbaz reserves the right to suspend the associated account and recover any funds subject to chargeback from outstanding account balances.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

jetbbaz offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cricket-specific cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer on the Voucher page, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of a specific promotion, all bonus funds awarded to a jetbbaz account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.

Eligible Games

Not all games on the jetbbaz platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games from participating providers typically contribute 100% of each wager towards wagering requirements. Live casino table games, including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all towards specific bonus wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

jetbbaz operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies specifically to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash; providing false information to qualify for a promotion; and using automated software or bots to generate wagers. Where bonus abuse is detected, jetbbaz reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend the player's account.

Voucher Codes

Promotional voucher codes issued by jetbbaz are valid for a single use per player account unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Voucher codes have defined expiry dates and cannot be applied to a player's account after the stated expiry. Voucher codes cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of the specific promotional context in which they are issued.

Betting & Casino Game Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on the jetbbaz platform are subject to the specific game rules and market rules applicable to each product. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager or making any bet.

Sports Betting

jetbbaz offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across a range of sports, with particular depth of coverage for cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup, ODI series, and Test matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI). In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules for the relevant competition and bet type.

Odds displayed on the jetbbaz sportsbook are correct at the time of display but are subject to change before a bet is placed. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted by the platform. For in-play markets, odds fluctuate in real time and the price at which a bet is confirmed may differ from the price displayed when the bet was initiated, subject to the platform's in-play pricing rules.

Casino Games

Casino games on jetbbaz, including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, are governed by the rules and Return to Player (RTP) specifications published by the respective game providers. jetbbaz does not modify the base game mechanics of any third-party game. Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction — whether in a casino game, a sports betting market, or the platform infrastructure — jetbbaz reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds. A malfunction voids all pays and play. jetbbaz is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults, server interruptions, or game provider outages beyond its reasonable control.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games on the jetbbaz platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by product, game type, player tier, and time of day. For High Roller players who have qualified for elevated stake limits, the applicable limits are displayed within the High Roller section of the platform after login.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jetbbaz platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register for or use any jetbbaz Service while under the age of 18.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one jetbbaz account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification, or impersonating any other individual.
• Money laundering: Using the jetbbaz platform to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or engaging in any conduct that could constitute money laundering under applicable law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game, including at live dealer tables.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the jetbbaz platform in a manner that is not consistent with genuine human play.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting technical faults, pricing errors, or software bugs to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
• Bonus abuse: Engaging in any of the bonus abuse practices described in Section 5 of these Terms.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at jetbbaz staff, live casino dealers, or other players on the platform.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the jetbbaz platform infrastructure, databases, or security systems in any unauthorised manner.

jetbbaz employs real-time monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players who are found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be notified of account action taken by the jetbbaz Trust & Safety team. Where funds are forfeited as a result of a Terms breach, a written explanation will be provided to the player upon request.

Account Suspension & Closure

jetbbaz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• A player's account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• A player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A player requests self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the responsible gaming tools available on the platform;
• jetbbaz is required to take action for legal, regulatory, or security reasons;
• A player's account has been inactive for a prolonged period, subject to applicable inactive account policies.

Voluntary Account Closure

Registered players may request the closure of their jetbbaz account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by email at support at jetbbaz.net (plain text — not a link). Upon receipt of a closure request, jetbbaz will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any confirmed balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, net of any applicable pending bonus conditions.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account — whether initiated by the player or by jetbbaz — access to the platform and all associated Services is revoked. Account data is retained by jetbbaz in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; players who wish to return to the platform after a voluntary closure may register a new account subject to the eligibility requirements in Section 2, provided they are not subject to an active self-exclusion period.
